Wasn't expecting much but this certainly does have an effect and has gotten better over time .alot less lethargic and weirdly my joint pains ( inflammatory arthritis ) have improved alot allowing my to reduce my prescription pain killers by half currently and hopefully fully off them in time. Have ulcerative colitis too and info says these mushrooms can cause issues with poor blood clotting but seems after some settling in time on these all seems to be good and improving after a little off period of my colitis . Will continue purchasing these as very happy unless my doctors say otherwise from blood test issues.Update , 100% a massive improvement in my inflammatory arthritis as almost non existent now and only my physical joint issues left which only a miracle could fix lol .Much better sustained energy at work too , jobs feel easier to do and more comfortable physically to do them too .Only thing I'm not use to is since being on these I feel I need to have a good regular sleep pattern ( never use to ) otherwise can struggle first thing in the morning but other than that I'm so impressed as these have had a much bigger impact than all the prescription meds I've ever had after so many years and I have and am on certainly some expensive ones.......... wish I knew about these along time ago . Had no bad reports from my regular blood test either so all good there too ! .

I have tried many mushroom complex supplements and these are honestly the best ones! I have adhd ,high functioning autism and depression and with this I tend to get terrible brain fog, bad executive functioning, concentration difficulty and just feel quite low and lifeless in daily life. But these have really improved my symptoms, I can laugh again, remember things that I couldn’t before and I don’t get as anxious in public places as much. I am relieved to find something that has finally put the spring back in my step and will continue to take these because they have saved my life x

This product did not work for me. In fact it made me tired and hazy headed. I felt much better when I stopped taking it. It may work for you, so give it a go

Been taking them about 10 days now and think I may have clearer thinking now, time will tell.

I took this hoping it might help with my depression as I was too worried to go see a doctor for it. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I went from thinking about bad things every day to fully cured not thought of anything bad about myself since! If you’re thinking it’s a gimmick please try! It’s 11/10 for me

When I read other reviews for this, I did see that some people suffered from headaches but I thought they might be a minority and that sometimes things don’t always work for other people.Unfortunately, I seem to be one of those people and I did get very bad migraines with this.I haven’t taken it again since I would like to give it another chance, perhaps maybe taking a few capsules throughout the week as opposed to taking it every day.

Been taking these for about 6 months along with other supplements. Not had even a sniffle whilst people around me have succumbed to colds and flu.
