I have an essential tremor on my right side...hand/leg...This product does help quite a bit. I've also been taking 2000mg of magnesium threonate once per day.... I think the 2 combined helps tremendously. I still have the tremor but very little. Some days are better than others but I am very happy so far. Gonna order more.

the side effects scared me enough to not take this product, so i never opened it, but threw it away.. it was not FDA approved. I WAS DISAPPOINTED

I started taking this supplement about two weeks ago. So far I see no results. I will finish the bottle and see if there are any improvements.

I started taking this for hand tremors as directed on the bottle but found little to no improvement so I took 1 extra at lunch and my hands don't shake as much. Still taking medication prescribed by doctor but added this to help since meds didn't get me where I wanted to be.

I found these online and they really work for me, better than Dr's prescription .I take them 2x daily. I showed them to my Dr. and she okayed them. They are vitamin B12 supplementsShaking started out of NO where. Now I can live mostly normal.Always ck with Dr.
