Got an empty cartridge ( factory error)
I ordered all four new cartridges and all were fine except my printer kept telling me that the cyan was empty. I saw a video where the man said to weigh all of the cartridges and see if they were the same. they were all fine except the cyan showed the same weight as the empty cartridge. The old one was the introductory cartridge that originally came with the printer. Good thing I checked because a new printer head costs almost $300!! I suggest if you have the same problem to weigh them against your old ones.
