The media could not be loaded. Arrived after just 3 days although delivery stated was about two weeks.Easy to slot into standard double oven space.Comes with its own flexible wire to wire in, but I used my own wiring which is much better grade.slotted in, no problem.Two screws supplied to hold it into place, screws in on top half of the oven.Looks very nice.Big space for cooking.comes with 3 chrome shelves and two big trays that slot into the runners.Cooks really well and evenly.Big clear glass to be able to see how your cooking is progressing.Simple to use controlsVery happy with this purchase.

Very nice item delivered on time in excellent condition. It loses a star because Amazon when ordering gave the option to have the old oven taken away which was selected. On delivery they refused to uplift as the option did not show on their instructions. Also the order summary didn’t show it. Amazon why offer it if you don’t intend to honour it.

Looks the part and is performing perfectly I’ve never had Yorkshire puddings be so big! Easy to clean and use perfect quality and good value

The product appears to be great, but the additional service of removal of the old oven was not carried out. The delivery crew said that their van was full and they didnt have room. The delivery crew carried and dragged the item, leaving a trail of packaging all over my hallway and driveway. How the item arrived in one piece I will never know.

The media could not be loaded. Nightmare! Oven has a fault and makes an horrific loud noise when used like an Pneumatic Drill. Weeks of chasing Amazon, then the outsourced engineers, then had 2 engineers visits, wrong parts ordered and still failedto fix it. Months later still not fixed. Have now been advised the outer back panel is touching the fan motor - Great Design???!!. Probably been too trusting and patient all round with this! Need a refund and start again I think!

Changed my old oven due to the top oven not working and well this cooks so much better easy to use controls and easy to understand everything was in box as needed.

Nice oven for the money, but it does not have the catalytic liners that are advertised.I was having some work done, so it was after a month before installation and told it was outside the return period.Not great when it's a false advertising issue.Though they did offer me a small discount.Not the point though as the liners were what swung me to this oven.It is very quiet though and looks good.

It looks good, works with no issues, 2 trays, 2 shelves provided.The dials do not feel solid. They feel loose and wobbly. Doors shut tight.Optional power cable supplied.
