I have the New Star Foodservice fry cutter model 43204 that came with 1/2" and 3/8" blades and pushers and wanted to also have a 1/4" blade and pusher for variety. You have to buy the blades and pushers separately. I assumed New Star Foodservice blades and pushers would fit all of their fry cutters, but I was wrong. These pushers and blades fits only model 1028966 which is a wall mount unit. I did find the correct pusher and blade for my fry cutter, but noticed this pusher is made of plastic and the one for my fry cutter is metal. I do like the metal pusher better. At any rate, I returned this pusher since it didn't fit my fry cutter. I hope this review was helpful for you.

Great product, yet sometimes the wrong size is in the package!

I bought this to replace a blade for an old potato cutter. While it fits on the bolts, the pusher is a different style and I have been unable to locate the right pusher for that particular machine. Fortunately, this blade also fits a newer potato cutter I have, and it works great on that one. It seems to be well made.

It doesn't fit!!! Been waiting on refund for almost a month

I’ve been using the Food Star french fry cutter for three years. I originally purchased it to cut sweet potatoes to dehydrate for my dog. Use it almost weekly to make “fries” for us and our dog. Very well made and strong.

This fit my machine perfectly and works as designed.

Ordered it for my wall fry cutter but didn’t fit. Return it without hassle. But it was nice and sturdy just like the one I needed replaced.
