I am 100% happy with this computer. It's everything they said it would be and then some.

Bought the product about 16 months ago used it for occasional gaming when I traveled. Never used it for anything other than playing fps or mmorpgs. Motherboard stopped working randomly and since it’s outside of 1 year I am being told by acer I need to replace it or the PC won’t work.Easily the worst thing I have ever bought. Getting through to Acer for any assistance or guidance in diagnosing the problem was a complete chore and waste of time. I would definitely recommend going with an alternative product.

Bought an external fan- highly recommend that, it keeps the computer working its best. Love playing CPU heavy games at high graphics with no issues ♥️

I ordered from another company and the laptop did not come as advertised. I returned it and bought this one. I am happy with that decision.

I bought it to play star citizen, which it CAN. That's huge.So it's not the most expensive laptop out there but very usable for gaming.

Love the upgradeability of the laptop. If I have issues I can save my data without giving up my laptop. I do wish the battery life was better. But nothing in life is perfect. I would buy again.
