I ordered 3 cans because the product is really delicious and my husband loves it, but one of the cans was dented, even though it couldn't affect the product immediately due to it is powder, it is not good quality perceived.

While I enjoy this item and will probably buy again, the packaging was horrible. It was sent with some other items, but the other items created friction with the package creating an hole and a fourth of the chai tea was spilt in the box.

When I opened the can (it WAS sealed with the aluminum foil) the powder is ROCK HARD... I can barely scrape it with a spoon. And when I did manage to scrape enough loose to make a cup, it tasted like stale mud!! So disappointed!! And I cannot find a way on Amazon to do a return or replacement!!

Great taste. Had been drinking the Chai Latte from international coffee but couldn’t find it anywhere. This was a great replacement.
