The most amazing salt ever! Once you use it - you never go back. It doesn't have the bitter salt flavor of other salts. It's just really good on food and its full of wonderfull minerals. Price point is getting a little tough though so we use less pricey sea salt of cooking .

Most salts taste the same, except for the style of the salt, like flakly finishing salt. This salt to me, tastes the same as all good salts. But I keep buying this expensive salt as our naturalist MD Doctor says its the best for my husband who reacts to many unusal food items. So I keep buying it as it is pure and lives up to her strick standards which is helping his health a lot.

According to him, this bio-available salt does not harm you like the regular, iodized table salt. For MY particular case, he said I can have as much as I want since his computerized analysis shows that my body needs more. [From what I've learned, if your taste buds don't taste salt when you eat it, then your body may be telling you that you need more salt in your diet. If you CAN taste it, then you might need to cut back on it. Product is as expected with taste. However, the color is different which makes me think it’s different somehow. I have no way of knowing though. Overall a decent salt to season food.
