I ordered this on 24/9/20 after reading about it from the creator of this planner on LinkedIn.The description of the contents made me go for it (I'm generally averse to buying something newly launched).This is not a regular task list or a to do list and the planner states so upfront in the opening section.The planner is undated and therefore can be used for any period/year) which is a big plus.The way to use it has been nicely explained in the beginning. Please go through it in detail to maximize the benefit before starting to use.The planner has been designed in a way that will help one to achieve their vision and goals by keeping one focussed (for task lists and to do's there are enough apps/planners). It makes you recognise your best time of the day and that needs to be put to best use. This planner is something unique and it's first of a kind that I've seen. Definitely a must have.This was delivered on 28/9/20. I haven't started to use it yet. Will post an update after using it.

We all know that Breaking down the long target into small manageable tasks/items is an important step in every planning. But, the execution part is where we all lack consistency. We get distracted (Especially me 🤦‍♂️) at two stages: 1. Write down all tangible steps/ action items for long-time goal 2. Review daily progress and note down key takeaways. After I ordered NeoPlanner and have to write down my daily, weekly, and monthly task details, I overcame the first stage. After I set a fixed time daily to review my previous day's task progress and note down the takeaways, I overcame the second stage (still in baby steps though).Thank you & congrats @YK Neostrategy and team for the effort you put into this planner and it definitely stands out from the regular to-do list and dairies.

Being an entrepreneur of two companies is a demanding role. Both have very diverse cultures and aspirations as one is a midsized services-based company (250+ employees) and the other is a product-based startup (20 employees), managing them both at once with the same passion is challenging.I have been using the Neoplanner ™ for the 12 past weeks, I fixed a schedule for myself, and it has been working brilliantly to manage my time and focus deeply on the issues and make better decisions.I have allocated specific days for each company, and I use this with specific day-wise “themes” like operations, sales & marketing, delivery, product innovation etc., and “zones” like strategic zone, operational zone & routine zone, within those themes which are about 2-hour slots for each theme.Previously i had an open-door policy where any team can approach me with short notice that resulted in me switching between different mindsets required in both my companies, which might lead to less focus and might affect the ability to make the right decisions.I guess a lot of entrepreneurs like myself try and attend to all problems immediately with the fear that they might snowball if we leave it for later. After I started the practice of “themes” & “zones” the teams started approaching me only during those times except for emergencies of course.This has helped me stop trying to put out small fires as they arise and enabled me to go deeper into the theme that I am working on. This is also pushing the teams to come prepared with a few solutions on their end as well.I believe that the Neoplanner ™ is a good first step and I strongly recommend this for entrepreneurs and executives who are trying to scale their business with a strategic approach and focus. --- Sharath Kalidindi

I have been using this planner from 6 months before it was hosted on Amazon. This is not like one more fancy and attractive planner off of the market. So much thought and practicality went into the NeoPlanner. It’s an action-packed sure-shot success formula as it bundles Strategy, Vision and more importantly your Strengths. It is exciting, how completing every task moves you a step towards your bigger goal. It is self explanatory, but when you start using it religiously, you will refine yourself to align more and more to the gist of the book to reap the best benefits. I whole heartedly recommend to everyone who values their time.
