Works great with my curly hair! It slicks it back and doesn’t leave anything behind like dandruff, clumps, it doesn’t make my smell itchy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cheep good quality gel.

Really good product to make your hair soft and curly and not crunchy

Kids love this to use at XC and track meets to mix with glitter for school colors. I like that this comes in the large container to have at home and a small container to bring to meets. It does a really good job for holding their hair even during the events. It washes out clean with regular shampoo and doesn't leave hair overly greasy. Just a solid product for what we use it for.

I got this product because my hair needed a different gel, and it works great! The texture is very nice, not too sticky and not too watery, and it holds my curls very well!For the size of the jar, the price is amazing.Would recommend!

I accidentally overlooked the size when ordering and was surprised at how small the container is. However, it’s actually a great way to test it out before committing to a larger jar. I’m using this gel for a sleek bun on my curly/kinky hair, and so far, it’s working well! It provides a good hold without feeling heavy or flaky. The product description mentions a clean scent, but to me, it seems unscented. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a styling gel that smooths and holds.

a little goes a long way! I finally tried this gel on my asian hair and it finally holds curls. my hair was wet and I put a dime size gel in my hair. brushed it all out and used my curling blow dryer to curl my hair. after a few hours, I did notice some white flakes, but it was extremely minimal. the white flakes would only appear after I scratch my scalp, which then I tried to not do that and no white flakes.

I am normally pleased with my eco gel but I am not sure what went wrong this time, it left my hair very flaky and it does not hold.

This gel is medium weight in the jar; it feels moderately thick and heavy in your hands and between your fingers. It is slightly difficult to use a Denman brush with it in your hair, but just fine with a wet brush. But once it dries, it’s completely light and you can’t even tell the gel was there.I have medium density, normal-to-high-porosity 3b+3c, very fine hair.I use CurlSmith Weightless Air Dry Cream as my leave-in conditioner. The first time I used the Eco Styling Gel with Olive Oil, I used the normal amount of leave-in conditioner. I put the gel on and I noticed two HUGE differences in how my hair turned out:1. My hair got a cast much faster and it air dried noticeably faster.2. My curls were much more defined and my hair had much more movement.It was shiny, the curl clusters moved freely, when I shook my hair, and it was possible to style when it was dry! I usually wear a head band or a clip, but when I removed my head band after wearing it for hours, my front curls were still formed and looked great.The next time I washed my hair, I put in my leave-in conditioner and then rinsed out some of it, so that it would add up to a much lighter application. I added the gel as I did the last time, and WOW. My hair was COMPLETELY air dried in about four hours. Here’re the differences I noticed between the first time and the second:1. My curls were better shaped, with les leave-in conditioner and more Eco gel.2. My hair had much more volume.3. Styling was easier, every day.4. The style did not last as long, before I needed a refresh or re-wash.Regardless of losing a couple of days between washes, Eco gel has changed my hair game. I don’t ever want to be without it.
