Not great for warmer dishes. It turns to mush. P Better as a cold pasta like for macaroni salad or tuna pasta salad. Very delicious.

Love these; taste; texture; a good starch substitute if low starch is what you need.

The pasta has a great taste. Cooks well if fast tome. Great texture. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars hoping the company will have amazon change the package it's delivered in The boxes come smashed.

Trying to keep carbs and gluten down I have searched for a substitute that is good tasting. Corn based products are close but I prefer a healthier choice. Very excited when I found these. Quinoa basically has very little taste so it must be mixed with something flavorful otherwise it's quite flat tasting. This works in it's favor when cooking most foods. I love this product but it is expensive as are all healthier choices. I recommend it.

This is the best gluten free I've ever had. I'm a repeat buyer. I would take a star off for the price. I didn't want to write a bad review, but I received the product broken open and the pasta all over the shipping box. I've spent almost an hour trying to initiate a simple refund for this non returnable and unusable food product. I just want a refund! Amazon fix your website!! Make it easier to get a refund on a broken product or to reach customer service. I've had problems before & it's never easy!

I liked the taste of this pasta as well as the ingredients used. 5g of protein which is good especially since we don’t eat a lot of meat. Slightly expensive as most “healthier” pasta options are but it was comparable/lower than many I looked at Cook time says 8-12 minutes. Initially when I cooked for 8min the outside of the pasta had the slimy/mushy texture but the inside was more aldente. I then cooked for 2 extra minutes making the total cook time 10 min and while the pasta was still structured it did have a mushier texture than “standard” gluten pasta. I did actually like it though, my picky toddler liked it, and as my emotionless husband said will “probably” eat it again Will try to cook 9min and see if it makes a difference with texture, also to note I feel less sluggish/weighed down after eating which is a huge positive!
