Wow! This product really works as promised. I have been given 2 large antibiotics pills to take 3 times a day. I was gagging on their size plus they often started to dissolve before I could swallow them. This covering made them easier to swallow plus they don’t dissolve before going down anymore. I highly recommend this product if you are in my situation.

I have a lot of difficulty swallowing large pills, particularly chalky antibiotics. I gag and often throw them up, wasting that prescription. I found these by just Googling "pill pockets for people." They are a game-changer. You push your chalky pill through the oval opening and through the stretchable gel coating, and it comes out coated on the other side. You do that each time you're ready to take the medication, but I wouldn't do it too much ahead of time. The coating dissolves in your stomach, so it doesn't prevent the medicine from working, and these things taste great. I've all of the flavors, and they all taste good, but Cola is my favorite by far. I keep these in my medicine cabinet at all times now. They are expensive, but they are essential in my book. I cannot take antibiotics any other way.

Didn't expect much but thought it was worth a try. I love these. Cat has metronaidazole/flagyl which tastes horrible and causing much foaming at the mouth. I used this as per directions to coat the tablet. I then tended to let it sit out for a while or roll around in my hands to get rid of stickiness which cause problems trying to get in kitties mouth. As long as it did not stick to my finger, cat swallowed easily. Super pleased. This make pilling with nasty tasting pillows go very smoothly. I got about 3 days out of each little packet thingy that they come in. So, for 10 count I was getting 30 applications without any difficulty. I'm sure for humans who need this it will be helpful too but for the felines, this is GREAT. BUY.

Works exactly as advertised, would give it five stars despite the high price if my wife hadn’t realized you can get exactly the same effect by tearing off the corner of a fruit rollup and stretching it around the difficult to swallow pill.

These are the biggest waste of money that I have spent in a long time. I've tried them several times now, and the pill comes out globbed in this pink goo, that doesn't even begin to cover the whole pill. I bought these because my meds give me thrush if they aren't coated and the pharmacy is out of the coated version for the next month minimum, so I just wanted to cover the non-coated ones with something. Not even sure what these would ever help with. I don't have a hard time swallowing my pills bit this made it WORSE even though that is what it's marketed for. Total junk.

I have a daily medication that is smaller than a tic tac, but it's uncoated and tastes like I'm swallowing chemicals. These tiny pills have the amazing ability to somehow stick in my mouth when I try to swallow them down with a drink, and I end up gagging from the disgusting taste. I was fed up with struggling to take these tiny pills everyday, so I decided to look online for self pill coating, and came across Medcoat. This stuff is AWESOME! It's the equivalent of putting a pill in peanut butter for dogs, but much smoother and even actually tasty. Since my pills are so small I can use each pocket to coat about 4 pills, and they glide down without getting stuck on the back of my tongue. It is a bit of a pricey convenience with having a daily medication, but I think it's worth it to get my pills down without leaving a nauseating chemical taste in my mouth.

Love this product. I’m sad to see they no longer sell in the USA. Honestly I don’t know what I’m going to do now about my daily medication.

I wanted to love it. The flavors are too strong. The coating is too much on the sticky side but adequate and satisfactory. The worst part is the flavors. Too strong. If they made a no flavor, I may reconsider.

Good merchandise for the price. It says you can cover 2 pills per cap, but you can actually get more for your money if you sqeeze the sides to bring the coating to the centre. Mom likes the taste and makes it easier for her to swallow her pills.
