I had heard mixed things about these but I am glad I got them. They have saved me countless times when I’ve gone a little too long without pumping and my boobs are engorged. You just take them out of the sleeve and throw them in the microwave for a few seconds I love the convenience. I have fairly big boobs and they fit nicely on them! Would highly recommend if you’re a breastfeeding/ pumping mom.

This is my 4th baby and I decided to exclusively formula feed and I wanted to find something to ease the discomfort of my milk coming in. I used these for 15-20 minutes every hour (they freeze quickly) and they helped so much. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to help another mother out. I can only imagine how nice they'd be for breastfeeding as well considering they heat up. I absolutely recommend this and will be buying them for new mothers to be for baby shower gifts ♡

This size for me is little small

if you are breastfeeding, buy this now and thank me later. I used these so much in the beginning of my milk coming in, these were a god send. Helped with a lot of pain. I also used them again when I stopped breast feeding as well. Add these to your registry and you will be so grateful.

I purchased these with my first and used them every night for the first month or so breastfeeding, they were life savers. I purchased another pair for my second but since I still am nursing my first, I didn’t need them. But if you are a FT mom wanting to breastfeed, these are a luxury paired with the silverettes

These work and comfortably fit in the bra, but it isn't great for large breasts as it does not cover much skin. It also doesn't work well with a pump because the flange is between the cold and the skin. The cover is too thick for the icy coldness to help much, but what does come through helps a bit. They work fine, just not as well as I was hoping.

So alot of the bad reviews I saw where they had a picture saying it broke first time using they put the pad in with the cover you cant do that itll get too hot and melt you have to take it out it says it in the directions to remove the gel pad and it works great I only do a few seconds at a time so tops like 10 secs at a time to see how hot it is the recommended at a time is 20s but you can do it a few times until it's hot enough just not full on in the microwave for a minute you have to check it and make sure it's not too hot or it will melt as it did for some people so make sure you read the directions and dont have the cover on It and keep checking the temperature it helped when I started feeling pain

La bolsita es gruesa y no se siente mucho lo caliente, no trae instrucciones. En general el producto funciona.

Doesn’t work properly. I heated it in microwave for 10-15sec the silicon inside the pad started leaking.
