some keys don’t match what is typed on my iPad. How can I fix that?

I had this same issue but managed to fix it! I have two different brands of Bluetooth keyboards and both were having the same issue (I’m on an iPad for reference). Go to general settings>keyboard>hardware keyboard. At the top of this section make sure that it is in the region you are in. If it says “automatic” then that is probably what is causing the issue. Once I changed it to US for both selections it was just fine. Make sure it doesn’t say automatic anymore and it should go back to normal.

Is there a power button to remote turn on/off the computer using the keyboard?

It goes into sleep mode / off after a while

how do you get it to copy and paste? with control c/v

You need to use F2 to copy and then F3 to paste, but can use controlc/v in the normal way too

I have the usb connected in my computer, and i put new batteries in the keyboard and mouse. what do i need to do?

There is no USB. It is Bluetooth.
