this is a beautiful replica. looks like real wood, not sure if it is. pieces are straight and fit well together. i had one of these years ago and something happened to it and I found this one that looks almost exactly like it. i love to watch it when thecandles are lit.

Looks cool. But not made in Germany. Will probably keep it but not use any candles with it.

I’m really surprised this has any negative reviews! The details on mine are sweet and lovely, it works so well, and is an enchanting Christmas centerpiece! It truly looks handmade and I’m so happy with this purchase-especially for the price.

Really was a great Christmas decoration, but one of the characters came broken. We ended up gluing it back in and the item worked well through the season.

I love it! It’s beautiful!I put a sheet of wax paper beneath it to catch any potential dripping candle wax and I’m so glad I did as the candles do drip as they burn.Cooled candle wax is easy to remove from the candle holders once it hardens. I will use this for years to come! A new Christmas tradition for my family!

When you look at the price you know its not made in Germany. However, that doesn't matter, its still beautifully made. Yes, a little extra glue here or there, but you can remove it. I would buy it again.
