These seeds were fresh. The scent was ok. A d the flavor was ok as well. I also used these seeds for hair growth added with a few other ingredients and it really gave me good results.

I’m using this as a deep conditioner for my hair. The results are wonderful. Soft, wavy and manageable. I’m seeing minimal hair lost. Prior to using this twice a week, I was getting a brush full every time.So far, sooooo goooood.
