Exo Terra Exoterra, 62,5 x 45 cm

We bought this tank to house a baby crested gecko. It is of great quality and works well for our lizard. The only negatives is one of the locks on the mesh roof was broken and the latch on the front doors is quite stiff and feels as though it may snap. However we have had no issues whatsoever and would buy this product again. This was much cheaper than buying from a pet shop.

Really nice little viv originally purchased for a whites tree frog but a change of heart led to a pacman frog instead. Really pleased to find this vivarium was also suitable for a juvenile pacman frog as I'd already purchased it and we can buy a larger viv later on. Pleased with the size especially when you see how small our frog is at the moment, it is an albino pacman frog purchased from Bluelizard reptiles in the UK they were more than happy to advise on everything and gave excellent customer service . Ours was transported to us via their animal courier service, particularly handy during covid. The viv itself has the option of a deep substrate or aquatic option which is perfect since our frog burrows. The locusts seem happy in there too. The deep doors allow for easy access and mean less disturbance for the residents the fact that they are high also means less chance of the frog jumping out or escape and they have a lock function too. I have been able to hide all wires and run them through the provided slot mechanisms so no need to perforate anything. It's a compact little viv but is plenty spacious enough for our juvenile frog and not being too big we can keep a watchful eye. Well ventilated with the mesh top and maintains heat perfectly, I'm a real worrier when it comes to temps the heat source I used was taped to the bottom of the viv with electrical tape. Sometimes the locusts tend to gather at the top but I just pluck one off and dropit in the frogs path. Very pleased. My tip is to make sure that after you have set up make sure you close the top slides that are used for the wires incase of insect escape. The locust in question has now been eaten.

Great tank for our Gecko. Was delivered safe and quick. My daughter loves it and is currently decorating the inside. Good service

A nice tall terrarium. The height makes up for the lack of width and length.I have a large bromeliad in one part which my tree frogs seem to love, and I could never have fit such a plant in a smaller terrarium. This Terrarium can facilitate a decent drainage and substrate layer. The false background also looks good, and you can easily attach plants to us with skewers or net cups!Only a few downsides which are incidental.If you are using flies to feed you pet, they will escape often enough even after you have taped over every conceivable gap.The matching canopy (Not Included) can only fit one bulb, so I had to purchase a small dome so I could have both UVB and full spectrum for my plants. At night I swap out the UVB for a night heat bulb.

Arrived safely no problems

My cabinet arrived about 1 hour ago, and is now fully constructed. It's certainly a solid piece of furniture, and I'd imagine you'd be able to set a fair amount of weight on it. As many reviewers have already stated, the packaging was questionable, and the top section of mine did indeed have a chip on it - nothing a dab of black paint won't cover, but I suspect the average rating would go up if the manufacturer included some polystyrene padding in their packing.I'd got the 90cm Regular cabinet, and no back panels are included so, in the description where they say that there's "cut outs for wiring" well, they're not lying. The back panels are possibly included on the slimmer versions. And there was no "drop down" workstation, either, but I don't think I'd have used it anyway, it'd be too low and my spine wouldn't thank me.But, despite the small chip and the lack of rear panelling, I'm pleased with my purchase, and I'd certainly recommend it.

Small crack on glass but needed to house my Gecko so couldn't send back. Grand apart from that.

To be honest I didn't have high expectations of this arriving in one piece but it did. Well packaged. Super happy , great size and exactly as described. Although it doesn't come with the top bar it's still great and can't wait for baby Koopa to move in over the weekend :)

I bought the pallarium that this stand is made to hold and this stand is very swell built, very heavy thick panels. Considering the weight of the pallarium that this is specifically made to hold which is extremely heavy it's understandable the stand had to be solid as it is! So if your buying the Exo Terra 36"x18"x36" Viv, buy this stand it's well worth it!

This is the 3rd exo terra product I have purchased. The terrarium is sturdy and easy to clean.

I bought this for my juvenile Crested Geko. He was originally in a small creature crate and absolutely hated it and wouldnt come out of hiding. Since putting him in this one I hear him jumping around and exploring all night long. I house my snails in it as well and they enjoy it as well. When the package arrived I was suprised at how much the tank weighed but it came without any damages to the box or tank. It was very easy to set up however i did need to add some cling wrap to the mesh on top to keep the humidity in. I would reccomend this tank to others.
