I was diagnosed about 10 years ago with type II diabetes. I've been taking Metformin from the beginning but I've been reading about the negative effects of it. My diabetes is linked to my weight and it has been difficult to get my blood sugar down, partially due to my weight and partially to the side effects to Metformin. Since I started taking it, I didn't notice any difference but after a month my weight started coming off, a little here, a little there. So far I've lost 8 pounds in the past two months without changing my eating habits. This has renewed my efforts and I'm watching what I eat. The only drawback is it will cause you to poop a lot, which has made everything to pass through my system quicker. I quit Metformin a month ago, my blood sugar has come down some, I'm hoping it will continue to drop as my weight drops.

Please check with your doctor when using this brand. For people with a history of arthritis, this product can be very hurtful to the kidneys. I experienced quite a bit of pain and tightening around my kidneys which took several months to heal once I stopped taking this product.

Update: they really control my appetite unlike the more expensive brand. Controls my blood sugars have lost about 8 lbs in one month with diet The capsules have a really strong taste like chemicals.

It works. I have tried other brands this one has worked best for me.

I got this supplement because of all the wonderful benefits. But about a week after taking the lowest dose only 500mg daily. I started my period, cramps and all on cycle day 15. Super shocker to me as it is usually 40days apart. I took a deep dive into Reddit and this seems to be a very common side effect- from just spotting between cycles to full blown periods like mine. I saw no other reviews that mentioned this so wanted to leave one so people aren’t as shocked as I am!

These seem like good quality. Working well for me personally. I take these with food and no side effects other than I feel a little tired. For the benefits, that's ok.

I've been using this for a couple of years now along with ceylon cinnamon instead of metformin to keep my sugar levels normal and it works well for me.

ITEM HAVE GOOD EFFECT AS IT IS

I’ve been taking this product for 5 days now - I started off with 1 capsule a day to see if there were any negative side effects (there weren’t!) and then increased to 2 capsules a day. I have now increased to the recommended dose and take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules before bed (2000mg total for the day). No changes to my diet or exercise, and I have already lost 1.4kg! I have not had any negative side effects, even in conjunction with other medications I am on (contraceptive pill and Lexapro). Don't be afraid to give this a go. I am going to persevere and see what the long-term results are. I am hoping to see a reduction in bloating and further weight loss. This may not work for everyone, but so far it’s working for me. I will write another review once I am on my second bottle.

Unfortunately gave me extreme belly ache and dizziness. My liver blood work was messed up as well while taking this supplement. Not for everybody.
