Just be aware these are not toasted in advance.This might be a good thing for you because it prevents over-toasting that way if you intend to toast them on your food item anyway.Also note, while the bag looks small...this is a significantly large quantity so I had to store half in the refrigerator.Considering the quantity received, I'd say it was a pretty good value...especially since they're organic.

Arrived in good condition and not rancid. I like to finish dishes with them since my salt day are numbered.

Gee, I hate to say it but these seeds were terrible. I use a ton of sesame seeds. This was a good price for organic so I got it. They seemed almost stale. They were very hard to chew and swallow and seemed to have much less oil than most seeds. Took three times as long as most sesame seeds to toast, too. I'm used to differences I quality and freshness based on brand but really, I wouldn't ever by these again. Not sure what stock they are pulling from - maybe seconds? - but these were just really no good. Not rancid, just very poor quality. Too bad.

Real good quality! I use these to top my home made breads and crackers. I toast them in a dry cast iron skillet to enhance the flavor. Store them in the freezer in a lock & lock to last longer.

Wonderfull sesame seeds. Much cheaper than buying the little spice bottles. I use tons of these on my artesian bread loaves. Excellent flavor & value. Highly recommend & will buy again & again.

These organic sesame seeds taste great - in a salad or roll-up, with yogurt, in my home-made teriyaki sauce, or sprinkled over salmon or marinated chicken. Customer service is excellent as well.
