Stapler works great when you have the right staples. The staples that come with the stapler are too long. We couldn't figure out why the stapler wasn't working. It kept jamming. Someone here who is good at fixing things took it home to do an examination. She said, "You don't have the right size staples. These staples are too long and therefore hang off. Buy some 1/2 inch heavy duty staples and it should work fine." We did just that, and it works great.

Nice and sturdy stapler

Bought this to use at work and I am not the only person to use it. Had for a year and this thing has stapled millions of papers with hardly any wear and no issues. I work at a prison and we use around 3000 sheets daily or more. It is worth every dime, I couldn't even get upset if it stop working today and had to buy another one. It is and has been a true workhorse. I most definitely recommend buying.

Only came with a few staples and those few had a low effectiveness. Papers kept getting jammed and even after purchasing more staples could not get the product to staple anything. I bought it for my classroom before the term and I should have tested it earlier. It is likely too late to get a replacement.

No manual jammed quickly just pressing down on it and removing the staples with the Amazon get support feature instructions something else not even mentioned malfunctioned and I dont want to get injured trying to unjam staples the first time after only stapling 15 documents and having more staples in the device
