Really helps me with winding down every night. Can’t say much for mood but it definitely helps relax me.

I have waited until I nearly finished taking 6 bottles of these over the period of months. The effects are not plainly noticeable. It's not like coffee where I take a sip and notice the difference. I will say, however, whenever I stopped taking it, I have gotten more groggy. I'm not iritated easily, but I have a high stress job. And when I missed a dose, I found myself lingering about the stressor more often. So, I will keep taking it. I am convinced that this has real saffron. But I think most content is a filler. There is simply no way an expensive saffron could fill an entire pill at this price. At the same time, I have read consumer reports study that this product actually contains saffron. On the first four weeks, I have taken 4 times the suggested dose. My reason was based on my own research (I'm not a medical professional) looking at clinical studies and the dosages used it those studies. After 4 weeks, I have brought down the dose to two pills a day on 15 mg.

So far so good. I haven't had any problems with it. I don't take it everyday. Mostly at night. Seems to help me sleep a bit better.

I have been experimenting with this and it seems to work like a Mild SSRI. If you genetically have lower serotonin or a tendency towards being An Overthinker, who has a dopamine dominant brain this may help. I did some genetic testing and I’ve been experimenting with different natural Supplements for my anxiety. I seem to sleep much better when I take this and I’ve tried everything. I only took this and didn’t take anything else on nights when I was experimenting

This product was highly recommended by my daughters doctor for depression. It greatly helped improve her mood and was very effective! The price may seem high, but it lasts a long time and is truly beneficial- it has helped immensely!

I’m a bit conflicted on this stuff. It works better than the 88.5mg doses that most brands have, but it smells strongly chemical. Almost like resin or a cleaning product. It says it has the same ingredients as most supplements, but perhaps the magnesium stearate is what I’m smelling. This dose feels good for me though. It’s calming, antidepressant, and focus-enhancing. I’ve been taking it twice a day and really noticing a difference in my mood and wellbeing. Hopefully I can find a brand that doesn’t smell like it’s bad for me.

I realize that it will probably have to build up in my system for maybe couple weeks and it'll work even better. I was looking for something like this for stress, mood & other things. It works so far as I was having stress early afternoon. I highly recommend. 15mg is a good dose. There's others out there with much higher doses which I didn't trust. 88.5mg? Scary. I trust this. I had a major change in my macula in January. I took 2 tablets per day for 1 month and the distortion that was noticeable in my vision disappeared. I chose these as this has been shown to be successful following medical research in the management of macula degeneration. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. Will be continuing with these

Got this after a deep dive on the benefits for ADHD. This from what I gather is a low dose. I gave it to my 12yo who I has symptoms of ADHD and anxiety. It has helped with impulsivity, focus and overall mood. I also noticed a difference in myself for PMS symptoms and mood. Just more chill, things not bothering me as much as they usually do.
