I have two and love them. They are ready to use when I need them, look great on my counter, easy to clean and disinfect. Got rid of a number of my old scratched cutting boards and now simplified great for baking tasks too.

I have this in my camper to cover the stove to make more prep space. That one is not textured. It is made great. Durable and well made. That's what made me purchase this one for my kitchen. I was using a wood board and really didn't like the idea of bacteria and gunk.This board is amazing!! It is beautiful, sturdy and hides the knife cuts. It may dull the knives over time, but i am OK with that. Definitely worth having to sharpen them. I cant say enough good things about this!!

I’m using these to protect a soapstone countertop. They are very large, as I wanted. The hex pattern surface seems to holding up very well after several months. We are not cutting directly on them, but they are continuously under some crockery, kitchen implement, chopping board, food stuff or serving dish. They are easy to clean with a damp cloth. And crucially, they are successfully defending the soapstone countertop.

I bake a lot and don't really want to knead the dough directly on the counter top. This come in very handy. Big enough for most of the bread making I do and easy to clean, as long as you have a large enough sink. Quite happy with it.

I went through several products to use for working pizza dough before buying this one. Silicone mats, Acacia wood pastry board, maple cutting board, plastic cutting boards, and just my granite countertop. For me, this is stainless steel board is endgame and I’m thinking about buying another just as a backup.I love the size, feel, and look of it. Super easy to clean. It doesn’t move around as long as you are only pushing away from you (so the lip presses against your counter). Not a difficult technique, I don’t understand why other reviewers are saying it moves around on them.Some other reviewers are scratching theirs with knives and such… it would never occur to me to use a knife on it. Why would you want to do that? Of course it will scratch it.I’ve been using mine for pizza dough every day for months now and it’s still beautiful. The center area where I knead has actually gotten extremely polished over time and I think it looks really cool. I knead a lot of dough (obsessed with this hobby) and it’s cool to see a mirror finish developing. It only took me this long to buy this product because it’s a bit expensive, but now that I’ve been using it I think it’s a great value. Highly recommend.

This has been a great addition to my baking tools.I've been looking for a "surface"to knead and shape my sourdough with the following characteristics:> easy to fit on top of kitchen counter> easy to clean after using it> easy to maintain in good shape> not too heavy to move around> easy to storeAfter using this stainless steel board my search is finished, it meets all of my requirements above.Before ordering this product I had tried an extremely heavy maple wood kneading board which was hard to move around and store. Besides that it needed to be oiled to maintain it in good shape.I will update this review with photos next time I use it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.UPDATE:Here are some photos, the third photo shows some silicone strips I attached to the bottom just in case it’d move around when I was shaping the loaves but I don’t think it really needs them. The sheet of stainless is heavy enough to stay put.UPDATE MAY 03I just want to say I've been using it for a while now and I'm so happy I decided on this brand, today I didn't have space on my kitchen counters and I put it on top of the washer! Perfect Fit! Excellent excellent product!

I was not sure at first with the size and the price. But it worked best for our needs, and it also looks great.Pros:1. Really heavy, sturdy and does not slip much.2. Great size for our needs3. Fits clean onto the counter top and makes it look real good and inviting and professional!4. Definitely a must for any large rolling needs. Like baking. Also a good heat sink for hot items.Cons:1. It does scratch easily. It’s like any other stainless steel surface at your sink or pans. But I think even a scratched steel surface looks better than any any other. After the last 2 weeks we used it, it is a little scratched up. And I am sure in a few months it will start looking like the steel in our kitchen sink.I don’t think we will return this item.
