I Must Garden Groundhog/Woodchuck Repellent: All Natural Spray for Gardens, Plants, and Lawns – Pleasant Scent - 32oz Easy Spray Bottle

I would recommend this product. It smells but it does work. The little bugger stopped eating my cucumber leave and squash leaves. I did have to spray about every 4 days, but it was worth it.

I sprayed as directed on my Petunias and SunPatients. About an hour later I noticed they looked terrible. The product literally destroyed the plants. The flowers look burnt and all are completed wilted. There is no hope for those flowers. until new ones bloom. Although the buds are probably burnt, too. See my picture for a before and after. I am so upset. Flowers this year were extremely expensive and I was so happy with my potted plants, and now they look horrible. I sprayed three large pots, four in-ground Petunias and 10 SunPatients and they all ended up destroyed. I just hope that in a few weeks they will recover, but I'm sure the groundhogs will eat them in the mean time. I can't understand why this happened. I called the company and they thought the product somehow lost the water content and got way too concentrated. They should suggest to test a ONE flower before you spray hundreds of dollars worth of flowers.

To scare off woodchucks who were digging up and putting huge holes in the property close to the house. They may return when the scent of repellent wears off..but I have enough of it left. Sylvia

I waited two weeks after spraying this area daily that a groundhog had been coming daily to dig his hole again after I filled it in every day So far he/she has not dug again except one day when it had rained? So I'm wondering if the product really is rain resistant or that was a fluke? Anyway, it does seem to be doing the trick after two weeks but I do have to spray every other day at least to feel like the odor is still strong.

It stated it was safe for plants. This was not true for us.

I’ve tried several different sprays and natural deterrents, but this seems to work! (Along with sprinkled Epsom salt) It smells a bit strong like all the natural deterrents combined.

I know it’s a repellent based on smell but it did nothing to keep the groundhogs away. The smell was terrible though. I had an awful time trying to spray my garden.
