I love this massager. So nice to be able to give yourself relief from back and neck pain in your own home at any time without needing help from someone else. The way it rotates and heats up makes it feel like having a warm massage. It can be quite deep and a bit painful if you press on it too hard but you can easily move yourself away/loosen it a bit to get the right level of pressure and its great you can get a deep massage if you want it. Even if you dont have any back or neck pain 10min use of this a day is a perfect way to schedule in some self-care/peaceful rest time to recharge! It feels like a nice treat which is far cheaper and convenient than paying for a massage!

I bought this massager for my shoulders and neck, as I suffer with pain from time to time - and it's great! Set up was really quick, with clear instructions. There are controls on one side of the unit where you turn the unit on, change direction of massage, heating function and speed adjustment. 15 minutes and the unit turns itself off (due to safety). The rotation direction of the massage nodes automatically change every minute, but also it can be changed using the adjustment button on the control pad. I could really feel it's working with the pain relief and would recommend this massager to anyone. It's good value for money too!

Bought this massager for my neck and lower back where I suffer with pain from time to time. A brilliant buy for under £50, which I thought was great value for money! Set up was really quick, with clear instructions. There are controls on one side of the unit (see pic) where you turn the unit on, change direction of massage, heating function & speed adjustment. Massager just plugs into your mains electricity socket for power and your away, no charging involved. So I started doing my neck, making sure my neck was in the middle of the massage nodes on both sides. Started off on the slow speed, and I felt I was having a real massage! My eyes starting going to how relaxing it was. Before I knew it 15 mins had gone by , and the unit had turned itself off (due to safety & not overheating) After I made sure the unit was okay to go again, I thought I’d give my lower back a go. Again fitted nicely onto my lower back and felt great, using a faster speed this time, sending my eyes sleepy again! I could really feel it working with the pain relief & would recommend this massager to anyone. You can also use it on different areas like waist, thighs, calves, shoulders, & back. The rotation direction of the massage nodes automatically change every minute, but don’t forget you can also change the direction using the adjustment button on the control pad. Arrived promptly. It’s taken me a while to use it as my partner has been hogging it since it arrived. I agree with my partner that it is brilliant on the neck, shoulders and lower back. The heat function is good too. I also tried the item on my calves, but it hurt too much for me. The lead needs to be longer and it’s not easy to know which setting the item is on. Not sure how much use the in-car charger will be as I don’t think I’m likely to use it in the car. Would I recommend this item - yes as in the long run it would probably save you money by not having to have a massage so often.

This exceptional and budget-friendly device comes with automatic shut-off and heat functions makes it a good value to buy. The consistent massage rotation makes this a promising product, and I wish it came with a longer electric cord.

This is a well made and sturdy product, the arm straps are comfy to wear. It eases the muscle aches in my neck and shoulders and the heat function really sooths. It can be a bit harsh on the highest setting so I use it on the lowest setting only. I wish the power cable was longer so I had more freedom of where to use it.
