When my fiancé told me the story of a music box he had as a child, but no longer possesses, I just knew that I had to get this! Back in the 1960s, he found a broken music box (which played Brahms’ Lullaby). He told me that it consisted of nothing but the inner mechanical parts, but he fell in love with that toy nonetheless — he’d hold it close to his heart every night & play the tune over & over! When he unwrapped this little “house” box and wound it up, it brought tears to his (and my) eyes! Thank you for making such a lovely little musical box!
