My second ice pack I ordered, and wow! Amazing support for my wrist and I used it daily for few weeks.

The first time I put it on my wrist it just felt heavenly as the pain eased. It doesn't take very long to get cool and lasts easily 15 - 20 mins which is the most you should have it on for at a time. Can't recommend highly enough.

Comfortable to wear and does the job. The gel pack doesn't stay cold too long but easy enough to refreeze.

Pain was bad in the wrist in the mornings and I struggle to move my wrist without causing more pain. I’d leave it the fridge overnight and sometime the freezer and the support of it and the cold aided me to do the things I needed to do, easier.I highly recommend this it helped me get through that first hour of the day.

I suffer with tendonitis, so I really needed a wrist ice pack to soothe the aches and pains. Whilst this does the job, the wrist pack heats to room temperature very quickly, so by the time it’s soothed, it’s almost time to put it back into the freezer, which stops a longer use of the product.

I use this on my wrist and also my elbow for tennis elbow. Good quality and comfortable

I would NOT recommend this for small to medium hands. When the gel insert was frozen, it was stiff, hard to bend and was impossible to wrap around my wrist. The neoprene outside was soft but whats the point if the insert won't let it sit against the skin?

Super nice and durable. I used this dozens of times a day for a week on a carpal tunnel flare up. It healed me up, and it’s staged in the freezer for next time.

I was greatly in need of something to calm the inflammation and burning sensation of my hands and wrists from recent arthritis. After researching, I chose this ice pack brace. It arrived the next day. I put the ice pack in the freezer and 2 hours later ... RELIEF! I am so happy I bought 2 of them.. although, you could do one wrist at a time. I have big hands and the size is good. The material is slightly stretchy, offering comfort and ajustable compression. The cold flows thru the underside - allowing the cold confort. I am a retired OccupationalTherapist and highly recommend this product.

Love this wrist wrap although I have to put it in the fridge instead of the freezer because it is too cold for my wrists. Otherwise, it is a wonderful product.
