I am extremely sensitive to febreze like smells. These fumes are extremely well designed to bond with stuff molecularly, which is great if you don’t get migraines from it.I do.This smell further makes me think that a product is inferior, which is being hidden by the overpowering smell. This is only perception. Why else would a manufacturer want to assault my senses with the nuclear bomb of fragrance?This product did clean my washer, but made it (which had been in storage for a year) smell like a box of gain dryer sheets. After following the directions, I rinsed 3 times before the smell went away.If you are sensitive, this may not be for you.Please consider an unscented version.

Very good quality product

I used this in my front loading washing machine after I noticed a sour, moldy smell coming from the washer. It was easy to use and made the washer smell clean again!!!

I have a Electrolux washing machine & love the machine ,I used to use tide washing cleaner ,but it has been hard to get at our local stores , so I checked on Amazon and seen this , so I purchased this since I do have the brand , I used one the other week & noticed a big difference in our clothes ,all seem brighter ,and the machine does not have a odor which I noticed a few times after using tide cleaner , this is our cleaner from now on .And 6 for a little more then the 3 pack of tide cleaner is a better purchase .

I hate to admit it, but my front loading washing machine smelled awful! I've used another product that you pour into the detergent compartment and then run the washing machine on a cleaning cycle with hot water. It really didn't do anything. One or two washes later, my machine smelled like it was using sewage water again to clean my clothes! This product sits in your washer for some time and then uses a short cold-water wash. You then leave the washing machine closed for up to 24 hours.I have to say, there is no smell remaining in the machine! The water smells like spring water! I'll continue using it on a regular basis!
