This jacket is a nice in-between seasons jacket. I work construction and its perfect for those 35°-45° (rain or shine) days. As far as far as fit, I'd say it runs a tad small, especially in the sleeves & shoulders.... and if you plan to wear a hoodie or sweater underneath, it'll likely be difficult, as the sleeve cuffs are EXTREMELY tight. I originally ordered a size S and once I got it on, I literally got stuck trying to get my hands back out through the sleeve.... so much so that I started to panic and was flailing my upper body around like a child-haha. So I then ordered a M and I definitely have more arm room now, but the cuffs are still pretty tight.. something I'm willing to look past, solely because the rest of the jacket is perfect!

This jacket is by far the best one I have ever owned. Im a truck driver so I’ve been through my share of craptastic jackets. As you know, most jackets that are high viz. are “unisex” which are very boxy and ugh. This jacket fits so well. It’s pretty warm but what I did was buy a heated vest to go under it and wow it’s now the most perfect jacket of all time. You could probably get away w a hoody under depending on where you live but me being in Washington the jacket in combo w a heated vest is the money. I HIGHLY recommend this jack for women who are over the unisex jackets that are just “ok”. This will make you love it, you’ll look good and you def won’t feel like a mess. I love the added pink, it’s different and so so perfect. I sprayed a layer of water repellant scotch guard and it helped bead the water off with ease. This isn’t NEEDED but I just wanted to try and see how it would work. One great thing is the armpits can air out! And no, it’s not breezy. It’s perfect.

This jacket is absolutely perfect for bike commuters and others who need high-vis clothing, yet don't want to look like a traffic cone while running errands. You won't have to buy two jackets for warmer weather ! The grey side of this jacket has zipper pockets, the yellow side has velcro, enough to fit everything you need. The back of this jacket is long, to provide coverage when leaning foward. It runs VERY SMALL. I am 5'1 and 115lbs. The XL fits with a bit of room for movement. Plan to size up and you will be happy with this jacket.

I ordered a L in this jacket, but normally wear a women’s M (US 8-10). I’m glad I did! It fits perfect! I’m a curvy 5’2” 160lb female with wide shoulders. So I’m really glad it gave me room in the shoulders and wasn’t tight at my hips. The cut is feminine so you don’t look like you have a man’s jacket on and it’s quite flattering. Just tired of looking like I’m wearing my husband’s hi-vis gear when I’m out in the field. I would love to see more items like this for women. Thanks!!!!

I tried to find a nice fitting jacket for a woman and this one works great. I'm usually a small-medium and ordered the medium and it fits perfect (so i think it runs slightly small). Nice looking jacket at a reasonable price.

Went through all the trouble of measuring to make sure it would fit..... it doesn’t. I’ll be donating it to Goodwill, hopefully somebody will be able to get use out it. It is a great looking jacket!... for a model. Unfortunately if you’re a normal sized working woman, it does not fit.

I always order medium's. Never a problem. This item runs small. Barley fits. I won't be able to layer with it. And the elastic around the wrist is way to tight. I hate returning things so I will just live with it. Plus I thought it came with a hood.

I absolutely love this jacket. There were very few options of high visibility jackets designed for women….so I’m very happy that this one is as nice as it is. I love that it’s reversible and that the sleeves can be removed. One thing I wish it had is a hood…but other than that it exceeds my expectations.
