I tried to use this with a soft-phone at work connected to my PC. I did not want to use another USB slot.. NoGo. I had to keep disconnecting it and reconnecting it because it would get out of sync. Even listening to music on my PC it would become distorted and out of sync. I would have to turn it off, shutdown the programs like soft-phone. Then turn it on and restart those audio programs. The only reason I am giving it two starts is because when it is working it rocks. Still going out of sync every hour or two is not good when calling clients all day. I was embarrassed to call them as it would become distorted like I was calling Bangladeshi in the year 1962. I would return it but I was on a business trip, so when and the packaging is all gone. I felt bad charging my company. for equipment that didn't work. I saw the 4-1/2 stars figured I had a winner. I will know better next time. If your thinking of this. Save your money. By your partner some flowers. Search for a plantronics...

The quality of manufacturing is good, although the shiny plastic of the earpiece could improve. It fits very comfortably on the head, leaving one ear free. The mic stem is flexible but doesn't flop around. I've used it for long conversations without discomfort. The sound quality is good.My one complaint is that the description should have made more clear that it was exclusively for calls. I would like to listen to podcasts, but the headset does not work for any sound other than phone calls. Nevertheless, I would buy it again without hesitation.

Very good sound quality and the microphone filters out road and factory noise pretty well. A wire to the primary on/off button broke after about a year of use rendering the item unusable, but it was great while it lasted. The switch is potted and the wire so fine that it couldn't be soldered. I didn't pursue a replacement. It was good value for the price and I plan on ordering the latest model to replace it.

I bought this to replace a standard bluetooth, and also to use to listen to music and utilize my karaoke and VOIP apps. However, there is no sound from anything besides my calls. I would not have purchased it if I had known that in advance. I sent a message(5 minutes ago) to the seller and am awaiting a response. I also cannot find any info about this product or how to get regular audio enabled anywhere on the web-a real bummer. The box says something about a bluetooth wireless transmitter,but I cannot find any info about that either. If I cannot get it to work audio, I will return it. The quality is not great, but it's not awful. The ear piece falls off with a simple touch, but seems to stay on when you are wearing it,

The quality isn't that great. The red pleather started to come off the rear cushion in about 2 weeks. You can't use this headset for listening to music either which is one of the things my husband misses about his old head set.

I'm a truck driver and this product worked well for the first few day. Now I'm being told by the parties on the other end that I'm breaking up and my voice is cutting in and out. Its not my phone service because I have 4G with all bars most of the time. This product is good as far as blocking out background noise.

It's OK when it works. Biggest issue I have is that I need to un-pair, wait a while, then pair it again. And of course, it always seems to fail when I need it most. Sound quality is OK. Noise canceling is just so-so. The headband is a bit tight as well. I'll keep it with me until I find something better, then it will be in the nearest trash can.Check out the website for this company. What a joke!
