I have been using this product for some weeks now and, I can say that the relief is real. I injured myself at work and returning to work was something I was afraid of doing but I know it had to happen. I was searching hight and low for a good Kinesiology tape to assist with the pain that I have. I tried this one and, I and really happy with the results. The ONLY issue that I have from this tape it that it does make me itch. Yes, I know after having it on for a few days (five) that it will have that affect but I'm talking bout minuets after it makes me itch. I ignore the itching and/or I just scratch. I tell myself I can overcome that for the relief that it gives me. I wear it faithfully and I need them to endorse me because I'll be wearing for for a long time. This is not a paid review, this is a real review. The injured area is my back, neck, and right shoulder. I appreciate this product.

I’ve was using the leading brand for many years now and was always frustrated that even though I applied as directed that almost every time it peeled off right away or within hours. I just thought that was the way it was and didn’t even consider going off brand.I am so glad I did!!! I saw a daily special and needed it for an up and coming trip to Italy where I walked over 38 miles and not even once did I have any peeling or lifting from this tape, not even once! It’s super strength adhesive and stays where you put it. I’ve used it on my ankles, heels and knees and I’ll never go back to the double/triple priced leading brand again.My only knock is that I wish this product came in other skin colors so I could match it to my skin tone.I am a real verified customer and I was not offered or given anything to write this review. I’m just a lady so tired of all the paid and fake reviews out there and when I buy a great product I want to balance the scales so that people like me can trust before buying that they’re not going to have to return it or lose money because it’s not worth the hassles.

Don't let the pics scare you away. This tape is amazing for us big breast woman! As seen in my before & after, the lift with the tape is CRAZY!!!! I highly recommend this tape however, buyer beware. I was away & didn't have oil with me so tried to pull off with just saturating the tape with water before removing, epic fail! Correct way (based on my experience) is to 1. Saturate the tape with baby oil (I mean good!) 2. Pull skin tight as you are SLOWLY removing from your skin. This tape can stay on for a week+ if you let it (taking showers & all). I've ordered more! FYI - I have a burn on my breast. Only the tape residue & minor red removal of skin is due to the improper way I removed the tape 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

But how practical that is when every time you purchase the same product, reminisces playing the Russian roulette?I've used Spartan Tape for quite a while now. This is the very first brand I ever purchased. My very first impression was its fair price compared to other similar products along with satisfied customer reviews. Upon deriving great benefits throughout my trial and error usage, it motivated me to seek and learn everything I could about its origin and proper usage techniques as well as basic anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. As we know by trial and error in life itself, there is a proper way and technique to achieve everything we seek; so as to Kinesiology taping. Spartan Tape is thoughtful enough to provide a booklet to introduce new customers to the basic techniques of Kinesiology Tape usage. As basic as it may look, I strongly encourage you to read through, apply and experiment everything you find in it. The most basic but vital essential pointers you'll find in page 3:#1 - Wash and shave your skin - so the glue on the tape better adheres to your skin, and then when taking it off you won't screaming (or crying) ...#2 - Round the corners, so the tape won't accidentally get caught on your cloth or else.#3 - No stretch on the anchors - probably most important for performance & usage durability. I personally found it is best to at least use one inch on ends as anchors (absolutely no less).#4 - Activate tape by rubbing - another must do or the tape will not optimally perform. Once you place the tape on your skin as you need it, rub it to sort of create friction and make sure it is all sticking evenly. I've kept the leftover cardboard tube of a tape roll to rub and activate the tape and it works great for me.I will add a #5 - Try to sit and not exert the muscle where you place the tape for about 30 minutes. I can honesty tell you I've used Spartan Tape to recover from injuries I would probably have not ever acquired should I had been using Spartan Tape. Right now I'm recovering from a very bad shoulder injury my doctor failed to diagnose and prevent by declining to prescribe an MRI when I timely requested one. I can honestly say Spartan Tape has been one of most vital tools. With Spartan Tape I've been able to do cold/hot therapies, TENS/EMS and Ultrasound therapies, physical therapy exercises/stretches and much more without negatively impacting its performance. It has helped me enormously by providing stability to my shoulder while preserving basic mobility and usage while I continue to heal.The last thing I'll share, I've found it is easier to take off the tape when wet and under a warm shower.I'm no doctor, therapist, or professional athlete, but I do strongly recommend Spartan Tape in the aim to prevent injuries and to assist with their recovery; not only for its high consistent qualities, but also for their fair consistent price and their great discounts and sales.I'm in no way affiliated with this company nor is anyone paying me anything to do this. If you’re trying to use this as tape to hold up the girls, I recommend! BUT for the girls in the DDD range, beware it takes a lot of tape to get the job done. I only got 2-3 uses out of one role…if that

I used this for my tendon pain. This has a strong adhesive. I was able to shower and swim without having the tape come off. I was able to keep it on for 3-4 days before the edges started to look tattered. I have bought this brand a couple of times. I would recommend.

I was hoping this was going to help alleviate some pain but it hasn't. The adhesive isn't as strong as I thought it would be. It removes with little to no effort. I followed the directions and that tape will not stay. It lifts with any movement. I honestly think I may have just got a bad batch. I purchased the pink tape as well. I'm about to tape up my wrist with one. I will definitely update my review if that tape works out. It happens sometimes, a mishap. Willing to give second chance. Hopeful this pain, numbness and tingling in my hands will go away. I am trying everything to avoid going to do shots. Drs just want to shoot you up or cut u open...

Lasts for 3 days?! I followed the guidance to the letter and it lasts for about 30 minutes before peeling up. And yes I rounded the edges, rubbed it to warm the adhesive etc. Second attempt ended the same way so back to normal med tape. Intended to use it for plantar fascitis.Didn't even get to try it in the shower!

when I first tried it, the ends rolled alittle, but Throughout the day it never budged.It gave me the full surport I needed. Perfect.So good I then ordered the blue and black and used it for my hike from Richmond to brighton last weekend.Had it on my knees from the beginning and I never had any pain.Spartan tape is just what you need for endurance training

I bought this tape to support a recent shoulder injury and applied the tape liberally according to the enclosed leaflet . Unfortunately I blistered in less than 24hrs in fact over night. I removed the tape first thing in the morning and it took off my skin too.I was really hopeful this would help. I do NOT have a Latex Allergy and use various plasters without problems.Now I have a skin problem across my back and down my arm as well. pics after 24hrs & 48hrs. Disappointed.

I used Spatan tape a few months ago to help with my wrist and ankle which had previoysly been broken. It gives that extra strenghth I need to go about my daily activities. It works winderfully to help with the constant pain.

I have used different brands of Kinsi Tape, this is the worst. It's pretty much useless as it's adhesive is not strong enough. It starts peeling off as soon as you apply it. Don't waste your money.
