Good product, convenient packaging

The Ultra Pure Pak puts all of the vitamins, minerals, omega's, etc you need into one packet of 7 tablets you take in a day. No need for 8 or 9 bottles of different supplements and trying to remember, "Did I take that one yet?"

I can't explain it, but when we feel like we're getting sick, we take these and we're feeling better the next day. My wife used to get sick every winter & had pneumonia 4 times. No more since taking these. These are the most effective vitamins we've ever used. I've never had vitamins this effective & we're in our 60's.

I take these as a part of my regimen but you have to pay attention because sometimes there are individual packages that don't have ALL of the pills in them.

I think these are some of the best vitamin supplements on the market. I was buying the more expensive ones from DoTerra and when I had my vitamin levels tested I was low in several areas. These have corrected that problem.
