The media could not be loaded. I’m in love with this one, did super cheap and work really well for a fast process.

I’m very upset have had this for a few months and it’s no longer heating. I should’ve taken the advice of the other reviews. Also tried to contact the vendor but there is no way to do so. I even tried to go through Amazon to figure out a solution. I bought it because I like the idea of not having the heater in my clients face with a hooded one. Just frustrated I have way of getting this resolved.

This baby puts out some heat!! Just make sure clients don’t lean their head on it. Hair will burn if it’s on the heating element. If this could mount to the wall it would be amazing. Clients are so happy not to have hot dry air all in their faces. It’s nice and quiet! It’s just kind of big.

Works great, BUT I wish the cord was longer. Most hair processors have a much longer cord. If you buy it, get a 3 foot extension cord

I wanted to love this, but unfortunately I have to give this a 1/5. I’ve only had it for about 2 months and during my highlight client it just randomly stopped heating! I immediately came to Amazon to try and get customer support or exchange for a new one, but apparently I’m out of the time frame window for either which is extremely upsetting. Not to mention the incredible inconvenience this has caused my salon.

Purchased TWO of these for my salon in June and a couple weeks ago both stopped working !
