This cream really works. It cut the time for my bruises to dissipate in half. The lighter bruising that normally takes a week was gone in 4 days. The dark purple bruise that normally takes two weeks to go away was completely gone in one week. I also noticed that it moisturizes skin well and helps to heal minor cuts and scrapes. But be careful when applying close to eyes and mouth - it has a light burring effect with no irritation.

I bruise very easily. I am on aspirin therapy which thins my blood and I also take fish oil. The two make my blood thin to prevent clots but leave me like an overripe peach. I have bruises that I have no idea how I got. And when I bruise, they linger.I tried Boiron Arnicare Arnica Gel and I saw no difference in the time my bruises healed with or without it. It was the gel and I didn't like the crusty texture either. I read a lot of positive reviews here and ended up buying this Miracle Plus Arnica Bruise Cream plus two others to try. Once I find THE one I will stock up!This one works pretty well. It doesn't say what concentration the arnica is and that kind of bugs me. I want to know. I also purchased Dermend Moisturizing Bruise Formula Cream which has 10% Arnica. Arnicare has 7%. Dermend has Arnica Montana as its first ingredient. This one has it as its sixth. I guess it really doesn't matter what the arnica concentration is as long as the product works and this one does quite well. It gives me about the same results as Dermend on fresh or not yet developed bruises. It isn't quite as effective in older, more established bruises but it does help. Dermend, though, is more than twice the price of this product for just one half ounce more of cream.This is a white cream that comes out of a flip open top with a small hole. It is pretty thick and has a very light pleasant scent. It rubs on easily and leaves the skin soft and smooth. I don't feel anything happening when I use it - no tingling or anything. I have noticed that my bruises don't get as dark and as large when I use this cream right away. Sometimes a bruise that is just starting retreats and I avoid getting one at all. If I suspect I will bruise after a bump or other incident, I quickly use this cream on the area and it keeps the bruise from becoming huge and very dark. On bruises I already have, it seems to shorten the time that the bruise is a nasty deep color. It doesn't make my bruises disappear but I think it does help them to heal a bit faster. I am using it on my hand right now and it is helping. I really smashed my hand hard and I immediately applied the cream to the area. To my surprise, it didn't get too gnarly and it basically only turned a light reddish color. I remain using the cream every four or five hours on the bruise and it's barely noticeable.Dermend gives me about the same results on the new bruises but is more watery and a bit greasy. It seems to work a tint bit better on bruises that are already dark and established but nothing so dramatic that I feel it is worth double the cost. If this cream keeps on helping me to keep new bruises from turning really dark and older ones from hanging around for weeks, this will be THE ONE I will use. I have one other brand to try which has been highly touted and then I will decide.If you are looking for a bruise cream that is affordable and seems to be effective especially on new bruises, this one is a good choice.

Besides icing I also started using the cream, between ice and arnica Cream it slowly got a little better but with time a week later everything was almost gone

The cream is lightweight and pleasant. Bruises fade more quickly than without the cream. I'm happy with the product and the tube it comes in is easy even for arthritic hands.

As someone who bruises super easy due to iron deficiency anemia, this stuff is a lifesaver! Granted, I applied the cream way more than the instructions suggested (they suggest 3x a day and I doubled that). The picture I submitted shows the results of the cream on a fresh bruise over a 4 day period (Saturday to Wednesday) applying it about 6x a day. It smells good, is super moisturizing and very effective.
