The battery installed just fine even tho one mount was broken. This the 4 instead of 5 star rating. Pleasant surprise it came with screwdriver set and other tools. Be warned my computer was not easily opened like online videos demonstrated. Two hidden screws under the circle grips caused me to bend and damage the panel. One I could not get to and opted pulling the panel of and breaking the mount. So far the battery is working. If there is any other problems I'll update my review.

We have a 2+ year old HP Spectre x360 - 13-w023dx that has a Product Number: X7V20UAWhose battery would not last more than 15 minutes. The PC gave a warning on boot up saying the battery needed to be replaced. I bought this and was impressed with the packaging and the tools it came with. It gave you the small screw drivers and torx screw drivers to take off the back and install this.The install was easy. For my model there is a. trick that you must remove two of the rubber feet to remove 2 Phillips head screws. I knew this b/c I had to take off the back 2 years earlier to fix something else.Anyway this installed very easily, hardest part was seeing the tiny screws when putting them back in. We only have been running with this new battery for a day but the laptop now lasted the entire day, we used it for a few hours and pc went to sleep when it should, battery went from 92% to 70%. I did go into task manager .... Startup and stopped about 4 applications from starting to also help save the battery, one of them was Spotify.I also uninstalled Avast Anti-virus and its own browser as this kept on giving annoying pop-ups and taking battery. I switched to Microsoft's built in Anti-Virus which is good enough these days .We love it so far and saved me from buying a new laptop for a college kid

Battery life degraded by 25% in less than a half year with minimal use.

Great battery. So easy to install and so far has a great life. I can use my laptop all day on one single full charge. There are many choices to make but I'm glad I chose this one.

Fits perfectly in my hp spectre model 13-ac033dx. Comes with a tool kit but the supplied star screwdriver was too big for my screws. Not a big problem... I bought a set for small money. I had to return the first battery, it wouldn't get up to full charge either because it was defective or because I didn't follow the instructions for calibrating the system properly. The replacement battery worked fine.

I was disappointed that one of the 4 screw tabs on the battery was broken off and the power connector cable was longer than the original battery. This made it tricky to install because the space to fit the connect/cable is very small and tight. If it were truly a replacement for the original, the connector would have fit just right. The battery worked OK after I installed it.

Very good delivery and all the necessary tools are included. First rate! I had some trouble installing it, but only because HP hid two screws under the footpads, and not only under the footpads but under the underlying cushion below the pads. Once I got past the secret of the screws, it was extremely easy to install.
