VERY GOOD
GREAT. Keeps the the Humalog pen cold for roughly a day in a warm vehicle; longer in a cold one obviously. Plenty of room and very durable.

Best I've owned for travelling!
As an insulin user, this "cool" case has proven perfect for traveling. The removable blue cooling block sits in your freezer until you're ready to hit the road. It accommodates 2 syringes (I use KwickPens) in its main compartment, with a "net" section for small accessories, e.g., pen needles. However, if you're traveling for so long (lucky you?) that you need to bring more, the "net" section can accommodate 2 additional syringes. It has kept my meds cold for up to 18 hours. On the downside, I've sometimes had to struggle a bit with the zipper. Hard case vs. soft zipper. I've gotten used to it. And the "net" section may not accommodate larger glucose meters.

Seems as advertised and could work nicely
Haven't actually used it yet so I reserve the right to change my review later. However, I did test it. On the day we received it, I froze the block for 24 hours. When it was removed from the freezer it was 32 degrees, we set a thermometer inside the case. We set the block in the case, zipped it up and set it in a room that tends to get warm from the afternoon sun. At 11:38 am it read 42 degrees. At 12:52 pm it read 44 degrees. The outside of the case felt cool but not wet. At 3:05 pm it was still 44 degrees. At 6:27 pm it was 51 degrees. Although it stayed inside all day I'm not sure how it will do in a hot car unless you set it inside a small cooler (which we may do if we go out somewhere). The case was fairly heavy, heavier than I expected, certainly not something you would carry around in a purse. The zipper was tight, but worked ok.

Pretty good but Pricey
It’s a sturdy/protective container and the icepack has a bit of an indent. Convenient and I wish I could have more than one in the Phoenix heat I truly love the perfect fit and nice look, but a kids lunch box and freezer packs my insulin ship with do the same. This item: 4 starsType 1 Diabetes is not recommended.

strong sturdy insulin case for two pens; not so good for supplies
this is a great insulin carrier that is relatively portable. We need to carry two insulin pens for different types of insulin. this allows us to do so. however, the supplies that are necessary with such as alcohol pads and injection needles to in a small container to the side And oftentimes are falling out of the taylor when you open a period the cooler portion is great and keeps the insulin cold for a long time. It fits nicely in a purse although it is a little large inside the purse. Still, we were doing lunch bag with a cooler previously and ended up losing the lunch bag because it was just another thing to carry

Just Missed by a Smigeon
I looked carefully at the dozens of chill-packs for insulin pens before I settled on this one, for 2 reasons:1. For the pack size, it has a large block of cooling gel that should keep the product cool for longer than most.2. It was fairly compact compared to some of the others. No reason it shouldn't work really well, but my 2 stars off are because somebody didn't do their homework. Although it only advertises as being for insulin pens, the Ozempic pens are pretty much the same size, and it if fits one, it should fit the other. Unfortunately, the Ozempic pen is about 1/8" too long to fit totally within the gel container, and that was such an easy issue to avoid.Instead of providing outside dimensions for the case, a better approach would be to provide the inside dims. of the gel container.
