It’s not cheaply made and does not roll up like those blue cheaper flimsy neoprene belts of the past. This belt helps burn fat & water plus provides excellent lower lumbar back support for sore and hurting lower backs. The design is professionally created and functionality of this belt is awesome. The materials used constructing this belt are excellent quality and belt is stiff, sturdy and thicker than those cheap neoprene belts from the 80’s - 90’s. This product gives outstanding sauna effect while performing exercises that increases the fat burning process tremendously.

Great product if you want to provide a little more back support when working out and increase the sweat production around your midsection. Please don’t believe the hype of any of these belts that it will help you lose weight around your midsection. That only comes with proper diet and a solid exercise program. It will increase the sweat output around your midsection if you wear it while working out vigorously; however, do not expect this product cause weight loss on its own. That is just silly! ;-)

This belt is huge! I think it could wrap around me almost twice, but it's amazing! It doesn't irritate my skin, it's easy to put on, seems like high quality-it's a good thick belt, the Velcro is strong, and I feel it does give some back support. It dries pretty quick too I've noticed. The only down side is the weird smell, dunno why there's an odd smell but I had to clean it before I could use it.

This Sparthos Waist Trimmer Belt has been the perfect addition to help with m weight loss journey. The belt is actually big enough to fit the largest bellies and stays in place. Pros: - Fits all sizes - Easy to put on and take off - Cleans easily with just water to prevent any odors. Cons: - None so far!

Works but scarred up my stomach

Great waist trimmer belt, very easy to put on and take off, while the velcro is pretty strong and the belt itself is well made. It also stays in place pretty well depending on your workouts and body physique it may tend to move around and needs to be re adjusted. It definitely helps make your work outs more effective while definitely sweating more. It does help with back support and better posture. Definitely would recommend!
