Fantastic for putting your plants in the window without a bulky shelf. I have 2 in my kitchen window so it clears up the plants off the sill. Highly recommend either from Amazon or through the company. The company is a delight to work with.

I wanted to buy free standing plant shelves to place in front of a south facing window. My wife was concerned that it would stick out too far and interfere with our kitchen chairs. I found these shelves on Amazon and thought they might be a good solution. The reviews were good but the product I thought was pricey, especially since I had to buy two. Over $250 for plant shelves? The boxes arrived and at first I wasn't impressed. Some plastic shelves and some wire in a box. After going through the contents, I found the instructions and the mounting hardware. I could not use the hardware due to the type of window trim we have. Going back to the instructions, I found that there were multiple ways to mount the shelves. Very good instructions. The kit came with just about everything you'd need to install the shelves except screw in hooks for the type of installation I needed. I just happened to have four hooks in the workshop that worked perfectly. I measured the distance between the wires and installed the hooks 3.5" from the window surface and 19" apart, centered on the window glass. The shelves look like they were custom made for the Anderson windows. They fit exactly between the frames with the bottom shelf just above the window crank. The shelves will not allow the use of the inside screens but I'll be using them for the winter and putting the plants outside in the spring when I can reinstall the screens. So, they were expensive but they look great and are very well made. Steel cable with adjustable set screw collars allow you to adjust everything but I didn't have to move a thing. The shelves are plastic but seem to be thick and very strong. Each side is rated to hold 45lbs. I'm very happy with this product.

I was so excited when I found these window shevles and instantly loved them upon receiving them. I had been trying to find a way to get my Succulants and other plants into the sun of my south facing window but I only had a thin window sill so these shelves were the answer to my problem. I bought 2, one each for my double window. I bought the 4 shelf unit and it fits my 64 inch windows perfectly. Most of my pots fit just fine on the 6 inch deep shelves. I installed the units all by myself with just a step ladder & and hammer & nails; the nails which the seller provides. Very easy install for this 5'2" woman. The seller provides everything but the hammer & step ladder to install these shelves, very considerate. The customer service is excellent too; the seller responds right away to any questions. I bought the ready made 4 shelf unit but there are 3 & 2 shelf units too or you can have them custom made if you say want a wider shelf than the provided 20 inch shelves. But the 20 inch shelf is working just fine for me. I have curtains in my widows but I just have to tie them back and they work just fine with the shelves. What else, oh, my plants look great on the clear, hardly noticeable shelves that I think are made of a Lucite type material. The shelves have a thin bar to prevent your pots from falling off, a nice feature I thought. You can hardly see the thin but strong cables that support the shelves. Oh yeah, these are made in the USA of mostly American materials too by a very nice man from the South. A big selling factor for me. I like to buy American and as local as possible. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND! And I will be buying another pair for another window very soon.

My plants are growing well and loving their window seat! This allows light to come in and to be able to see clearly out the window. Perfect product and sturdy!!

I purchased 2 sets of these shelves over a year ago and loved them so much I just purchased 2 more sets. These are easy to hang, fit nicely on the window, are light yet sturdy enough to hold my cacti potted in terra cotta pots. They come packaged well with several options for hanging. The only tedious part is leveling and raising/lowering shelves but mostly because of not so great eyesight on the tiny screws. Really great shelves.

I now have room for more plants. This is very strong and I love it
