The best battery you can get for your Bose
Thought that I had to junk my old Bose Soundlink III since Bose no longer has those batters. However, l I looked up a battery replacements for it on Amazon. Came across the DGTEC New battery and ordered it. Came nicely packaged and on time. It was easy to open up the Soundlink and replace the battery. Anyone can do it. The Battery even came with a screwdriver which was great. After charging the Bose a couple of hours, I connected it to my Bluetooth DAC player and bingo--sound. The Soundlink played beautiful clear music as I remembered it did with the original battery. I've used the Soundlink for a couple of weeks now and it kept its charge. I'm looking forward for a long life for the old Bose and would recommend getting the DGTEC Battery. It does the job wonderfully and is an incredible bargain because of its low cost as compared to other batteries on Amazon.

Reliability
While the battery matches perfectly, it doesn't retains the charge for as long as the original. At best I get about 40 minutes before the need to charge it again.

Solved my issue
My Bose Soundlink speaker would work but only while plugged in. It would indicate that it had a full charge but if you unplugged from the wall then it would die within 30 min. This battery is the perfect fit and works perfectly….at least so far. I did a full charge and have used it several times and it is still showing a full load.

Excellent replacement
Remedied the issues I was having with the Soundlink III. (Early shut off, short life on a charge.) Piece of cake to install.

Perfect fit for Bose Soundlink 3
Not sure about replacing a battery in your Soundlink 3? Plenty of videos online show how easy it is. I used my own phillips head screwdriver and a boxcutter tool to lift off adhesive feet to access screws. total time to replace was about 5 minutes. 4 screws, remove and replace battery, reassemble. Immediately had at least a 10 hour battery life.

Battery lasted one charge
Bought this for my Bose Sound Link and initially work perfectly. Second time I put in on charge it no longer works.
