When I took delivery, the tub had a puncture in it, most likely from the parts jostling around during shipment. I immediately contacted gorilla for a parts replacement. their website made it very easy to find the part and request warranty repair. within a day, they approved and shipped me out a replacement tub! a few days later, it arrived and i swapped the damaged tub for the new tub! a few things of note about this experience and product: 1) gorillas warranty is pretty hassle free and their website is easy to navigate. they have a parts breakdown of everything so if in the future a part is damaged, looks to be easily replaceable/repairable. 2) their cart's design is pretty awesome. really easy to install and uninstall parts. at first i thought the screwholes in the tub were some extra flash, but its designed that way to hold the bolts while you work with the nuts. all the nuts using the same 13mm nut size is so convenient! 3) the cart is awesome. i wished i got one sooner. very easy to steer around the property, load it with whatever, and easily dump! its lightweight and perfect for my needs. i just wish the handle was swappable cuz i got a small rc lawnmower that can tow this thing. overall: i am impressed with this cart, but mostly impressed with the company. i can only imagine another company wanting me to ship the whole thing back or just refunding me a certain amount to appease me. gorilla makes great stuff and looks to stand behind their product! im glad i went w gorilla!

Should have bought one of these years ago. Have had this over a month and it's proved its value, makes moving stuff around the yard far easier than a wheelbarrow (one or two wheeled). No lifting and supporting a weight with your back. No pushing 80# of something uphill. Yes, you have to pull the handle but you can do that with a lot less stress on your back if done correctly. In fact, the right movements are good for your back. Also paid more for this newer model that had the new lifting mechanism. I didn't see anything visibly wrong with the old one and have no experience with it, but this new one works great. The way the back wheels sort of fold under the cart dumps most or almost all the weight. Then just pull it forward to clear. Small turning radius. Important for maneuvering. Rugged but not heavy (33#). Assembly was straightforward, intuitive, with clear instructions and no missing parts. Didn't need 6 cubic feet. 4 ft and 600# capacity is as much as I want to handle as well as the overall dimensions (fit through storage doorway). Went with the non-pneumatic tires after having replaced a pneumatic wheel on a wheelbarrow, and enduring repairs, etc., etc. Compare the cost of buying 4 non-pneumatic wheels in the future once you get frustrated, with just buying this model outright. If you get the pneumatic tires, you'll love the cart but end up hating the... tires. Good luck.

this is my third purchase. these are really good carts. i especially like the no-flat tires. the quick release dumping is awesome.

Solid construction with nice touches like no-flat tires and bearings in wheels. Fairly east to assemble.

Easy to put together. No-flat tires are a must. The similar ones in the retail stores had inflatable tires which I did not want. I got the large one rated for 1200 pounds. This dump wagon is the best purchase I made for our homestead this year. I use it all the time and can also easily connect it to the ATV to pull heavy loads or up hills. We use it to haul dirt, compost, manure, rocks, bricks, tools, and just about everything. It’s easy to dump because then rear wheels move under so you don’t have to lift the whole load. Highly recommend.

This is a very sturdy cart, with extremely well-written, pictorial instructions (give that writer a raise !!!). I highly recommend the no-flat tires, after a lifetime of frustration with every pneumatic tire I've ever had on a wheelbarrow, dolly, or cart. Beware, however, that Amazon is going A.I. with prices these days. Just now, I discovered that I paid $20 less than the page that comes up when I check my order, but $60 MORE than what Amazon wanted just a few minutes ago. I gave this 4 stars only because a few simple engineering changes would make this The Perfect Cart: 1) Mine came missing the Grade 8 washer in their assembly Step #3. I had to go buy one & got a 5/8". Seems a 9/16" would be OEM, if you can find one; 2) The dump-arm of assembly Step #1 needs to be temporarily secured so as to not come unexpectedly loose and bang into stuff as you manipulate the cart for later steps. Mine first swung loose and the protruding bolt smashed into our floor, fortunately not breaking a porcelain tile, but it would've left a dent in a hardwood floor. Later, that bolt whacked into my shin, leaving a blood blister the size of a dime; 3) Finally, and most importantly, the cart needs a sturdy, inexpensive, SMOOTH, removable bed liner, to enable things like mixing concrete. GORILLA -- ARE YOU LISTENING? Do all that, and you would have The Perfect Cart. Buy one, use it for a lifetime, give it to your grandkids.

I have a 1.3 acre garden and this little cart is great for transporting grass clippings and hedge trimmings. It’s not very deep so I place a very large garden bag inside the cart and load it up about 2 feet above the height of the cart. Very strong cart. I have used it for transporting driveway gravel which was very heavy and it coped admirably.

Tyres are air inflated , this is not what I ordered. Otherwise the cart is well built and easy to handle.

Absolutely amazing! A total game changer making gardening, and outdoor chores so much simpler. Easy to assemble and operate. Impressed with the overall sturdiness and thickness of the bucket. Even makes garbage day easier - load up yard bags, recycling and waste bins and take it to the curb in one fell swoop!

Der Gartenwagen ist sehr robust. Die Aufbauanleitung ist übersichtlich und einfach zu verstehen. Zu jedem Arbeitsschritt der Anleitung gibt es seperates Material (Schrauben, Muttern und Unterlegscheiben). Die Verpackung hatte in meinem Fall leider beim Transport sehr gelitten. Ist aber Schuld des Transportdienstleisters und nicht des Anbieters.
