Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Wi-Fi, Mystic Black - 256 GB (Renewed)

I got this tablet to take notes in class. After only a few months the writing experience was not the same anymore. In some areas of the screen, I can not draw a straight line. It's like there's a bubble in the screen. I do have a tempered glass screen protector but it didn't make any difference taking it off. I have a protective flip cover and I also got a new screen protector I put on to prevent scratches on the screen. I'm always super careful with my tech but somehow the screen under the screen protector got one crack going across the screen while being in its case fully covered. The battery life has significantly decreased too. I know the device was renewed but I can tell they used low-quality parts to replace what was originally there.

The price was great! Then when i received it only the tablet was in the box. The charger was missing and the S pen. The tablet was also supposed to be in the original packaging and it wasnt.

I chose the "Excellent"condition, but I received a tablet with many scratches on the body and a protruding screen coming out of the casing. And also, it’s looks like someone dropped a tablet on the left corner. Nevertheless, the tablet has been at clean box in packed, but without charger, replacement stick for S pen and original box. Battery dying after 4-5 hour, my S22U keep charged a much more longer. NOT TRY BUY IT CUZ NO ONE DIDN'T HELP U RETERN IT.

Usb port broke just after 6 months and cost 150 bucks to replace it. It is very pick about which usb c cable it uses as well (which did not come with purchase) and may be why the port ultimately failed. Do not buy refurbished Samsungs!

Product received with a gouge out of the case that looks like more than from someone dropping it. Product description says excellent condition but this is not what I would consider excellent condition. The bur on it is sharp enough to cut you. Very disappointing.

Order a couple of renewed tabs, this one arrived dirty and and looks like months of us without a screen protector. The product I'm sure is fine, but not in excellent condition fair to ok maybe.. but still covering in food and stuff so not sure on the recertification

Ordered a Good condition item and received one with dented backside. with non original charger and very bad condition shipping box.

The tablet works fine. But the pen won't connect. I looked it up and followed all the how to videos and everything, and it still won't work. The charger doesn't work right either. Every 5-10 seconds the charger disconnects and connects to the tablet. The tablet makes a beeping noise each time. I bought a new charger and it works just fine. I could not get ahold of customer support either. It's sad because I want my charger and pen to work and I can't get ahold of anyone to correct it. There are other people selling refurbished products, so I recommend someone else.

No estipulaba que era un producto usado

La tablet llegó estéticamente perfecta, pero al parecer tiene un problema de Hardware ya que no lograba encender el Wifi y cuando lograba conectarse a una Red, la tablet se trababa y se reiniciaba, ni siquiera pude completar el proceso de configuración inicial

Por el precio es un gran producto pero al menos mi unidad tenía unos detalles algo importantes, en primera mi tablet llegó con un rayón bastante grande en la parte trasera y la segunda que considero más importante es que la pantalla presenta un ligero tipo de tinte verde a niveles de brillo "bajos" >20% cosa que resulta bastante molesto, pero a la que te terminas acostumbrando, si no fuera por el detalle de la pantalla le daría 4 ⭐, a pesar de las fallas mencionadas estoy satisfecho con el producto.
