I have a small table (repurposed bar stool) for a (not too heavy) breadmaker that I wanted to be able to wheel out of the way when it is in my way - these little wheels allow me to do that. They fit perfectly and look sturdy enough.

I bought these to replace the plastic casters on a small slant-top rolling desk that is very lightweight. The original plastic casters would skid on my tile floor, and I figured these would grip and change direction easier. Which they certainly do, as well as being quiet.Of course, I mistakenly thought the M6 stem threads would be just about right to screw into the steel legs on my desk, which was not going to happen because these threads are much smaller. Returning them would be ridiculous because, where I live, we don't have any UPS store, and the cost of return shipping would have been almost as much as the price of the casters themselves.I put on my thinking cap, and came up with a plan to use PLASTIC DRYWALL ANCHORS in those much-too-large threaded sockets, and these ended up working perfectly. It saved the day for me, and if anybody else makes the same stupid mistake I did, then this may be an answer for you.

Easily installed in place of the little screw-in flat discs that came with the cabinet/TV stand. I took one of the discs to the hardware store to find which size nut fit it (8mm) then I knew what size stem on the casters would fit. Installed, they roll very smoothly and easily. These are exactly what I needed. Easier to put these in the existing threaded holes than to drill and screw in 4 screws for each of 5 casters.

I attached these wheels to the base stands of patio furniture so that I can roll the furniture across pavers as opposed to drag the furniture. They work great. Time will tell how they stand the outside weather. In indoor applications, they should be fine for similar uses.

I put these on my new computer desk so I could roll it around in my new (smaller) apartment they roll very nice and did not add more than a 1/2" more than the feet had to the height of the desk.

Bought these small rollers for a cart with 1" legs.Pros: Great value and sturdy.Cons: No installation instructions. Nuts for tightening the rollers won't thread on to the rollers (wrong size). Because I can't use the nuts, the provided tool became too "thick" to completely turn the rollers to be flushed to the leg. I had to use a plier to hold the swiveling part steady while turning the roller to make it flush to the leg.Bottom line: If you are handy and have extra sizes of nuts, then these will work. If you expect easy installation, look elsewhere.
