The Pathless (PS5)

I spend much of my time playing sport games with no real end.... or games like GTA, Red Dead etc., where they're so open, I get bored before getting anywhere near the end. The Pathless is a fantastic blend with both a large map, and a satisfying ending.This game has wonderful mechanics and is truly beautiful to play. It's simple but challenging and I honestly cannot fault it (I only got truly stuck once and had to Google how to find what I needed) The end of level boss fights aren't overly difficult but you feel a real sense of achievement each time and the fights themselves are great - the initial chase is exciting and the music adds to the tenseness of the situation.I would recommend this game to anyone wanting something different - stunning in every way.

A game that is reasonable priced and offers good value. Ok not a prestigious title but you would be so wrong. The pathless shows a different angle of how video a game should look. With its colourful atmospheric visuals and good gameplay I thoroughly enjoy playing this game. It's worth buying and adding to your PS5 collection.

We enjoyed The Pathless, it is a nice game that is not too difficult and can be completed in about 15-18 hours. At the full price it seemed a little short, but bought at a lower price it is perfect for when you want something nice looking and chilled out to enjoy between more challenging games. If you liked Nintendo's Breath of the Wild, this is definitely inspired by that game. Recommended now it's more reasonably priced.

The movement in this game is so fluid and satisfying I recommend playing in 60 FPS mode for the best experience this game is beautiful and the boss fights in this game are awesome to play one of my favourite indie games ever.

This wasn't the highest priority amongst the PS5 launch window games, but once I DID purchase it I found the gameplay and story challenging and interesting.

Good game... my son and I enjoy it. Sadly only option is one player so we take turns. Gaeplayer is possibly slightly repetitive but it remains fun and is quite beautiful graphically.

An odd game but beautiful to play. Very scenic world. Doesn't tell you what to do or where to go, let's you free roam and figure it out for yourself
