Perfect workout
This came in handy after having rotator cuff surgery. It was perfect.

I would say it is a good value
Not the best made item on the internet, but that is why it has a lower price. Seems to work well and was affordable; that is good enough for me.

nice pulley system
This has turned out to be a big surprise. The pulley system works great. I wasn't sure if it could handle a lot of weight. But it does and it was very easy to install.

Great tricep workout for cheap
Easy to se up, attached to my Dip/chin machine and able to get a great workout.

Low quality design
You get what you pay for here. If you are never putting more than 40 lbs on your pulley, then go for it. I was doing a lat pull and experienced a catastrophic failure. The weights fell to the floor and the line disconnected. Thankfully my legs were apart and I was not struck. It’s a design issue. If you are using minimal weight, then I’d go for it.

Well designed
Didn't come with instructions but it's not rocket science. I cut 2 feet off the cable to accommodate the height of my rig and it works great.

Cheap quality, faulty carabiners, does the job?
Just installed it and loaded the loading pin with a 25lb weight. Did a set of 10 and decided to switch grips, went for my second set and on my first rep the carabiner bent backwards… luckily it bent with the weight on the ground still. The carabiners are not good quality.Only time will tell what will fail next. I may just return this and build my own from a big box store.
