Great for Old PC
Put in computer, within a few short minutes it was performing excellent

unable top launch
Followed instructions as an attempt to launch the program: changed to USB wired Mouse and keyboard, Installed stick in computer USB port on back side, booted computer per instructions. After many attempts all I ever got was a Home page display. Followed troubleshooting instructions including sending a help request (which I never received). I was never able to get past the home page.

Was very displeased with the product, it hardly helped any on my computer, felt like it was hard earned money I wasted.

exactly as advertised
This product did exactly as described. I was able to bring an old computer back to life! I usually don't leave reviews on any amazon products BUT I was so happy and satisfied that it merited a review. Happy with my purchase and you will be too!

It doesn't work.
Reality was totally unlike the instructions. There were two files on the stick, one was 100% Asian ( unintelligible ) and the other was a copy of a file on my hard drive. Totally didn't work! After I unplugged it properly I had a phantom USB drive for awhile with the same files. I am running windows 8.1.

All-in-one rescued from the recycle pile!
Had some issues to start but got technical support and after reloading the stick it worked on a Windows 7 HP all-in-one. This took longer than desired because there was no direct phone number to call, and chat would not work when the internet was one of the technical issues. Would definitely recommend for outdated computers.

Resuscitated an old computer
Bought this to use on my mum's old computer, she was able to start it using the instructions, and now the computer is fast and the apps are responsive every time she starts up using the startmestick.
