Drying clothes.

The clothesline is flimsier than I expected, and the lines are closer together than I expected. I bought it on the strength of an answer to a question as to the diameter of the central pole - the answer stated 1.5 inches or 38mm, but that is incorrect, it is actually 32mm or 1.25 inches. This means that I cannot use my existing hole but have had to drive in the enclosed soil spike instead.Amazon ought to add the central pole diameter to the product information for rotary clotheslines.

Fairly standard quality. Spike isn’t long enough to hold straight when put into grass. Will need to be permanently fixed with concrete.

Product is OK for the price. Ground spike is too flimsy and could be longer.Column extension is too loose and falls off when you move the assembly. It does the job but couldbe stronger.

Does what it says on the tin but is a little short for quilts and sheets you will end up using two sides.

Bought this product and within 3 months the metal frame snapped. Got a partial refund due to the fact I'd used it for 3 months.

Bought this on the basis that it was Stainless, Strong, Height Adjustable and Freely Rotating.The reality is its very flimsy, absolutely NOT height adjustable (as advertised) and does not rotate freely in the wind. I actually used a lot of WD40 on the centre plastic spindle to help it move around in the wind. Its quite "frail" and am therefore very careful to distribute weight evenly around the line. I am positive the thing will crumple if you dump a lot of weight on it all at once.All that said, it is now doing a so-so job but for this kind of money, I expected MUCH better.
