Does it come with everything to set up on a PS3?

No. To use this headphone with a PS3 you will need a Turtle Beach console interface.

When i press the mic, sound works great on pc any one know what settings to get this to work, and its not a usb its a regular headphone jack

You can't plug this into a regular headphone jack and get mic functionality. You have to get a splitter cable that splits the mic and headphone signals.

Anyone know of these work on an xbox one?

They do, they just don't come with a detachable mic. So that will need to be purchased separately. Look on their website to find mics in the accessory section then find the one that is compatible with this headset.
