Rpm's would fluctuate
Installed new pressure regulator, engine ram's would fluctuate in all rpm range. Installed factory regulator and engine would run fine. Ordered new regulator because regulator would stick at 110 psi.

Did not fit
Looked the same as the original mercury 90 hp 4 stroke 2012. Fuel regular, But. Would not fit into the housing the outside diameter was slightly bigger around by about 20 thousand’s. Otherwise they looked identical
