I purchased KIND Nut Bars, Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt, and I have enjoyed them regularly for a few years. I keep them on hand as a simple snack that fits into my routine. Because I buy them often, consistent taste and texture matter. These bars deliver a firm, satisfying crunch from whole nuts. The dark chocolate adds richness without tasting overly sweet. I try different flavors of these and while I like some of the other flavors, this is my go to favorite. It's especially nice a bit cold from the refrigerator or freezer. I haven't tried it this way yet but I imagine it would be great broken up over some ice cream as well. I like that it's gluten free because it's a good tasty snack I can enjoy as a celiac patient.

Love these Kind bars! I’ve actually been eating them for months and they’re perfect for dieting and as a little healthy snack. The Better Nut Bar Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt flavor is my favorite it has the right balance of sweet and salty without being too heavy. They really help curb cravings and keep me full between meals, which makes it easier to stick to a healthy routine. I also like that they’re made with real ingredients, not packed with a bunch of artificial stuff, so I feel better about eating them every day.

They taste really good they aren’t too sweet . The size is good for the money. And my niece and nephews like them too they are 4,9 and 11 years old. I don’t have anything negative to say about them. I will be buying them again.
