After having Android Auto go in and out our 2022 Subaru Ascent Touring - we ordered a few different cables to try but tried this one first and have not needed any of the others - and now don't know where I put them :-(The coil on this cord makes it nice and neat when in use, and off the floor and right where you left it when you go to find it to plug in your phone. It has a green light on it that also helps to find it and know that it has power.Bottom line is that this is an awesome cord that supports Android Auto, provides 90 degree adapters that help keep the cord from getting in the way, has a solid construction, build quality, and is aesthetically pleasing while being budget friendly!

This is a great cable, the 90 degree is very flush mount which is perfect for camera tethering. However it is not 6ft long, the effective usage is maybe 18" and the coil has too much tension to stretch beyond that usably. I wish they made a second version that was actually 4-6ft of usable length. Other wise good quality.

This fantastic cord from McDodo and its connectors easily earn 5 stars for the following:(1) The USB-A connector can be angled left or right. This "universal" design is rare but extremely useful, differentiating it above the competition!(2) The USB-C connector can be angled left or right by standard design. Note that the USB-C angled connector is short and fits compactly into the back of the Logitech BRIO camera. In the picture, this USB-C connector has a green LED that spells "McDodo." There are many USB-C angled connectors that are too large for this compact installation.(3) The coiled cable provides a snug compact design that can be stretched from 1 foot to 2 feet in length.(4) The braided insulation is durable and flexible.(5) The USB-C to USB-A angled cable compliments the Logitech BRIO camera and PlexiCam Mini as shown in the photos. It is hard to imagine a more compact and synergistic installation of a camera and mount on a laptop without this exquisite cable!Congratulations to the McDodo design team for such a thoughtful and useful cable design!

I tried to use this cable in my car for CarPlay; I plugged and unplugged it several times so I knew it was seated solidly; however, the cable had intermittent connectivity. The screen on my car would show CarPlay, go blank, go to "reading USB," then show CarPlay again, then go blank, over and over and over. The cable that came with my phone works just fine; it's just a little long, which is why I wanted to use this one. So it's not my phone or my car, but definitely this cable. Save your money and buy a different cable.

It works, and seems well built enough for what I had it inted for but the coil is tighter than I expected. Don't expect to be able to stretch it out and use it like normal. The large USB end is also reversible but it's not strong and with the coils being tight it can take the hard pulling whe stretched out so I can only use the cord when it's stationary.
