OXO GG MINI SQUEEZE & POUR SILICONE MEASURING CUP

I bought this cup for a very specific purpose: measuring and pouring water into the non-removable tank in my personal-sized, pod-style coffee maker. I'm happy to report that it's absolutely perfect for that purpose. I've always used glass liquid measuring cups in the past, but I find they tend to spill liquid down the side of the cup when I attempt to pour it. This beaker-shaped silicone cup is far superior! I have a lot of pain and weakness in my hands, but the soft honeycomb texture on the outside of the cup makes it easy to hold even if it gets a bit wet when I fill it. It's sturdy enough to hold two cups (that's the version of the cup I bought) of liquid without wobbling or spilling, but it's super easy even for my dodgy hands to squeeze for a precise pour with no spilling or dribbling. The measurement markings are very easy to read as well. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Nearly 7 years later this measuring cup looks and works just the same as day one. Multipurpose, convenient, practical and measurements don't fade away after hundreds of runs through the dishwasher.

I’ve had several different types of measuring cups over the years: plastic, glass, borosilicate, etc. Each of them worked for their intended purposes but always left something lacking (safety in using hot liquids in plastic, borosilicate and glass getting too hot to handle when heating in the microwave as well as fragility). My 4 cup borosilicate measuring cup cracked on the bottom so I was looking for a replacement. I wanted something heat safe, durable, easy to handle and wash and found this. It truly checks all the boxes of everything I was looking for and beyond. Since purchasing both the 4 cup and 2 cup sizes a few days ago, I’ve used both numerous times for cooking, baking and heating up butter and liquids. I love how sturdy they are (thick silicone), how easy they are to squeeze and pour without being the slightest bit flimsy (no spillage down the sides either) and the honeycomb design truly makes it safe to handle even right out of the microwave! I’m amazed by these measuring cups, am soooooo happy to have found them and anticipate not needing to replace them for years to come! Additionally, I can stack the 2-cup measuring cup inside the 4-cup one so it saves space in my cupboard too!

These silicone measuring cups are EXCELLENT for heating candy wafers and chocolate in the microwave. Once heated, they are wide enough to stir to avoid overheating and easy to handle due to honeycomb design. The mixture is easily poured into candy molds, etc. thereafter.I would definitely recommend these to others and am thrilled with this purchase!

The body and spout are flexible for easy, precise pouring. I needed that precise pouring to make my pour-over coffee. Additionally, the entire cup made of durable, BPA-free silicone and is dishwasher safe.

I bought these because I was sick of my glass measuring cups always dribbling. The thicker a material is, the more it will dribble. Glass measuring cups are really thick. These are made of thick silicone, but it's thinner in the front and super-thin at the spout -- it pours perfectly, not a single dribble!But I was worried because while half the reviews say you can heat up boiling water in them and hold it no problem, the other half say you can burn yourself and it's not safe. So which is it?Well, it's both.If you don't overfill it, and you grab the measuring cup "lightly" where it's got the honeycomb pattern, and hold it for 10 seconds to move from microwave to counter, then it's only barely warm. You'll be fine! This is what I do.However, if you grip it in the front where there's no honeycomb, or grab it so tightly so that your fingers go "into" the honeycomb cells, and carry it across your house for 60 seconds, then yes you might burn yourself. And of course, it's flexible silicone, so if you overfill it and grab it then it might overflow and burn you!So I absolutely love these. No dribble, and the honeycomb pattern does a shockingly good job and protecting your fingers from heat. Best measuring cups ever. If you use these as intended, you will not burn yourself -- your fingers won't even get warm! But if you grab tightly in the wrong spot and hold on forever, yes you could conceivably burn yourself. So... don't do that.

I love that these are flexible, easy to use, and clean. My only dismay is that they are now breaking at the edges. Both of the smaller measuring cups are breaking at the edge. The piece just falls off. These are hand washed as I have no dishwasher and they are NOT stuffed in the sink underneath other dishes. I’m not sure if anyone else has this issue. Still great to use.

I use this for laundry detergent. Love the measurement marks on it. They have stayed on through dozens of washings (I throw the cup in with the laundry to rinse it). Definitely recommend.
